 Mr. Eddie James Worthy, Sr., age 79 of the Margrave Drive in Harriman, passed away Friday, November 20, 2009 in the UT Medical Center.  A member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, he retired from National Engineering in Ohio and formerly worked for the City of Harriman and others.  He was a member of Union local 109 and the Knights of Columbus. Preceded in death by his parents Tom Sr. and Rachel Williams Worthy and a brother Tom Worthy Jr.

                        James Christopher Holloman of Knoxville

                        Jonathon Edward Holloman of Kingston

                        A.J. Thomas of Chico, California

                        Ashley Elizabeth Kelley of Texas

Godchild         Lisa Porter of Akron, Ohio

A host of         Great grandchildren, nieces and nephews

 

Funeral mass will be held Friday, November 27, 2009 at 10:30 am in the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Father Michael Sweeney officiating.  Interment will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends Thursday, November 26th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Evans Mortuary.
