Mrs. Altha O. Turlington, age 84, of Rockwood, TN passed away Saturday, November 8, 2008. She was a member of the Rockwood Church of Christ. Mrs. Turlington was retired from Kaiser-Roth. Preceded in death by sister, Zora Hamilton; brother, Hoyet Holloway; parents, Lum & Gertrude Holloway.

Survivors include:

                                Mike Trammell of Rockwood, TN

Daughter:              Patty Mills & husband, Dan of Rockwood, TN

Grandchildren:     Felicia & Brandy Trammell, Ashley Mills, Chris Carroll, Dusty Manis

Numerous Great Grandchildren; Step-Grandchildren; Step-Great Grandchildren

Step-children:      Ola M. & Roger Ledbetter, Lola & Bill Eggert, Carolyn Snell

Sister:                    Edith Collett of Birmingham, AL
                               Margaret Grasham of Rockwood, TN

Brother:                 Glen Holloway & wife, Flo of Rockwood, TN

 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 12, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Evans Mortuary. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Josh Lifford officiating. Graveside service and interment will be Thursday, November 13 at 1:00 p.m. in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood.
