Mrs. Joyce Ann Miller, age 66, of N. Chamberlain Ave., Rockwood, TN passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2008 at The Bridge at Rockwood. She was a member of the Rockwood Church of Christ and the Union of Machinist & Aerospace Workers. Mrs. Miller was retired from Boeing as an assembly worker. Preceded in death by husband, Fred Miller & brother, Burl Russell.

Survivors include:

Son:                        Bryan C. Allen of Rockwood, TN

Sister:                     Hazel Gibson of Clinton, TN

Brother:                  Ray Russell & wife, Jean of Clinton, TN

 

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 5, 2008 from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Evans Mortuary. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel. Evans Mortuary is handling cremation arrangements.

I'm very sorry that I couldn't be at tonight's service, but my thoughts are with you all. I have many fond memories of my time with Joyce over the years, so Joyce's passing is hard. Although we know she's in a better place - and we a glad she's no longer in pain, the world is a sadder place without her.
