Flora Love, age 104, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2008 in Harriman, Tennessee.  Funeral services, Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., Evans Funeral Home, Rockwood, TN.  Family Hour and Viewing 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Flora was born July 13, 1904 to Benjamin and Merida Love, Emory Gap, TN.  She was a member of Philippi Primitive Baptist Church, Joiner Hollow, TN where she was a faithful and loyal member of the Women’s Auxiliary, Usher Board and Mother of the Church.

She leaves to mourn two sons and daughters-in-law, Ernest and Ellouise Love, Lawton, Oklahoma, Charlie and Anne Love, Capital Heights, Maryland; four grandchildren:  Jon & Jeanette Love, Ashburn, VA; Lisa Love, Dumfries, VA; Caron & Larry Craig, Hyattsville, MD and Deanna Love, Lawton, OK; four great-grandchildren; Ryan and Jonee’ Love; Anthony and Derrick Lewis; a very special niece, Wanda Cooper; and nephews Ambus Simpson and wife Elaine; Lee Henry Winton; niece, Ann Winton, Nurse Betty Moore, and a host of other family members.

Preceding her in death are her parents, daughter, Irene Stapleton; sisters:  Hessie Simpson, Dinah Winton, Ollie Parham, Bertie Winton, and brothers David, Houston, and Will Love.
