Mrs. Eula Mae Haupert, age 89, entered eternal rest to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on his birthday, December 25, 2007 at 6:40 a.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital. Eula enjoyed quilting, embroidery, reading, and gardening, especially planting flowers. Preceded in death by son, James Harold Briggs; parents, George & Belle Brewster; three sisters; one brother.

Left to cherish her memory are:

The family will receive friends Sunday, December 30, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Evans Mortuary. Memorial services will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel.

I only met her a few times but in those times with her I could tell that she was a loving mother and a good person in general. The last time I saw her she still had a vibrant sprit that will live on in everyone that knew her.
