Mr. Ralph Quinn Fulks, age 69, of the Westel Community of Cumberland County, passed away Friday, December 14, 2007 in the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Born and raised in Rockwood, he was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Westel;  and a retired US Army Veteran with over 21 years’ service including two tours in Korea and two tours in Vietnam.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Josh and Clara Clark Fulks; 7 sisters: Billie Hicks, Madge Sneed, Edith Sitzlar, Mildred Davis, Jackie Newberry, Margaret Langley and Dorothy Marringer;  7 brothers:  James, Warren, George Ed, David, Georgie, Everette and Donally Fulks.

Survivors include:

                                Kathy Ann Lauer of Germany
                                Sandra Crabtree of Rockwood
                                Vickie Langley of Maynardville

Funeral service will be held Monday at 8:00 pm from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Rev. Kenny Raines officiating.  Interment will be Tuesday at 11:00 am in the Oak Grove Cemetery with Full Military Honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard.  The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Evans Mortuary.
