Mr. William Albert “Bill” Dugger, age 85 of the Long Drive in Harriman passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009 in the Roane Medical Center. He was a US Army Veteran of World War II where he served as an MP. Preceded in death by wife Margaret Dugger; parents Buster & Gladys Dugger; brothers Jimmy & Harold Dugger; greatgrandson Matthew Crabtree Jr.

The family will receive friends Saturday, October 31st from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Evans Mortuary. Graveside service will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens with Mason Goodman officiating. Full military honors will be conferred by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard.
