
Mrs. Evelyn V. Conner, age 66, a resident of the Daysville community of Rockwood, TN passed away, Sunday, December 30, 2007 at her home. She was born January 11, 1941 in Huntington, TN. Mrs. Conner was a member of the Daysville Church of Christ and was a retired truck driver. She loved flowers and was an avid gardener. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joyce & Ruby Hendrix; and sister, Helen Sargant.

Grandchildren: Nathan Jones of Candler, NC
Jordan Lee Matthews of Weaverville, NC
Brothers: Weldon Hendrix of Memphis, TN
Paul Hendrix of Lenoir, NC
Sisters: Juanita Benson of Henderson, TN
Augustine Cheatham of Montgomery, AL
Memorial services will be held Sunday, January 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T. from the Daysville Church of Christ with Bro. Ernest Abston officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Daysville Church of Christ.
