Mrs. Eleanor (Patsy) Cleveland, age 90, of Helenwood, TN passed away Friday, December 5, 2008 at the Signature Health Care Center in Jamestown, TN.  She was born September 5, 1918 in Robbins, TN to Creed and Zona Valentine Todd Quinn.  Mrs. Cleveland was a member of the United Methodist Church.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Cleveland; brother, Creed Quinn, Jr.; sister, Helen Robertson and niece, Suzanne Shelton.

The family received friends Sunday, December 7, 2008 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Evans Mortuary. The funeral service followed at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Rev. John Slater officiating.  Graveside and interment followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Rockwood.
