Mrs. Patsy Palmer Billings, age 73, a resident of Marshall C. Voss Health Care Center, Harriman, formerly of Rockwood, TN passed away Saturday, October 13, 2007 in the Roane Medical Center, Harriman, TN. She was born August 29, 1934 in Rockwood, TN. Mrs. Billings was of the Christian faith; a former nurse’s aid in the nursery at Chamberlain Memorial Hospital in Rockwood; and was a very loving person. She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. & Nora Palmer; and brothers, Ranzy Palmer, Jimmy Palmer, and Paul Palmer.

Survivors include:

Daughter:                               Liana Holloway Farragut & husband, Johnny of Fairhope, AL

Brother:                                   Floyd Palmer of Reno, NV

Sister:                                      Grace Palmer of Rockwood, TN

And several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and interment will be held Friday, October 19, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. in the Winton Chapel Cemetery in Rockwood with Rev. Harold Newby officiating.
