Mrs. Elizabeth Sue (Eaton) Arp, age 61, of Arp Drive, Rockwood, TN passed away Monday, November 30, 2009 at the Roane Medical Center in Harriman.  She was born January 10, 1948 in Rockwood, Tennessee to Fred and Haggie Eaton.  Mrs. Arp, who was loved by her family, was a kind-hearted and loving person who was a caregiver to many.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David L. Arp.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 7, 2009 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary in Rockwood.  The funeral service will follow the visitation at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Rev. Ernie Willis officiating.  Interment will be held in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Rockwood.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent c/o of Evans Mortuary, P.O. Box 6, Rockwood, TN 37854 marked “Funeral Expenses.”

I never knew Liz, I just knew she really loved Tanner and Tanner loved her. I was very happy that Kim had cooked Thanksgiving dinner for her and Robert, so they could have a family Thanksgiving together, little did they know, Liz would pass before Robert. Liz, I know you where a great woman from what Kim has told me, I'm so glad you took such good care of Tanner. Tanner loved his Liz. I hope you and Robert are enjoying your mansion in Heaven and are running those streets of gold rejoicing! AS for us, we will see you again someday!
