Mr. Gregory “Scott” Wright, 47, of Kingston, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010 in Sweetwater Hospital.  He was born September 6, 1962 in El Centro, CA. Mr. Wright was preceded in death by grandparents, Sam & Nora Wright; and Joshua & Minnie Canup Moore.  He was owner and operator of Stripe Wright Striping in Kingston.  He enjoyed anything outdoors and especially fishing.  He was a loving husband, father & son.  He loved talking with people about their salvation and was a wonderful soul winner for the Lord.  He was very active in Turning Point Ministries and a member of Watsons Chapel Church in Madisonville.  Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Shonda of Kingston; sons, Joshua and Jeremy of California; stepsons, Issac and Morgan Elliot; parents, Buddy and Margaret Wright and brother, Mike all of Kingston, brother, Rusty of Wyoming; mother-in-law, Toni Bell of Madisonville; four nieces, three nephews and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 17, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood.  Funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. David Harmon and Rev. Eddie Chasteen officiating.
