Mrs. Patsy Nephler Smith, age 67, of Rockwood, died March 2, 2010 at the Roane Medical Center in Harriman.  Mrs. Smith was born November 1, 1942 in Bernie, MO to Chester A. and Velta Whitehead Gough.  She was of the Baptist faith.  Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her father, Chester Gough; sister, Annice Clark; and daughter, Samantha L. Nephler.

A memorial service and the receiving of friends will be held Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood.  Cremation arrangements are being made.
