 Mrs. Cara Edith Clark Peak, age 87, a resident of Rocky Springs Road, Spring City, TN passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 in the Rhea Medical Center, Dayton, TN. She was born June 19, 1922 in Dalton, GA to Benjamin H. & Rachel C. Clark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Peak; daughter, Barbara Jean Peak; 6 brothers, Calvin Clark, Lloyd Clark, James “J.B.” Clark, Robert Clark, Bill Clark, and Ervin Clark; and 4 sisters, Clesty Clark, Emmaline Clark, Grace Peak, and Cordelia Janow.

 

Survivors include:

Sons & Daughters-In-Law: James Clyde & Connie Fugate of Spring City, TN

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Rev. Ben Whittenbarger officiating. Graveside services and interment will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 12:00 noon in the Friendship Cemetery in Rhea County, TN. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary.
