Mrs. Nellie Roseltha Sweezy Cook, 93, of Cedine Camp Road, Spring City, TN died Monday, June 28, 2010 at Roane Medical Center, Harriman, TN. Mrs. Cook was born May 21, 1917 in Allegan County, MI to George & Carrie Celia Smith Sweezy. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Harriman and a member of the Cracked Pots Bible Study in Rhea County. She was a retired missionary with the Cedine Bible Camp in Rhea Co., TN and Bethany Children’s Home in Wolfe Co., KY. Mrs. Cook was associated with Child Evangelism Fellowship and taught Children’s Good News Clubs for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert “Bob” Cook and 9 brothers and sisters.

Children: Paul Cook (Camen); Roberta Rees (Bill); Joyce Allen (Glen); Roy Cook (Shirley) and
Celia Shaneyfelt (Tom)
Siblings: Ruth Smallwood, Pearl Beldon, Reuben Sweezy & Martha French
22 Grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren
The family will receive friends Monday, July 5, 2010 at the Trinity Baptist Church, Harriman from 6:00-7:00 p.m. The memorial service will follow the visitation at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Timothy McMichael officiating.
Graveside and interment will be held prior to the visitation and service on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Cedine Bible Camp Cemetery, Spring City, TN with Rev. Dwight Zimmerman officiating.
