Mrs. Dorothy Edith Boles, age 72, of Spring City, TN died Sunday, February 28, 2010 in the Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge, TN.  She was born March 9, 1937 in Spring City, TN to James K. Polk and Edna E. Janow Peak.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  Mrs. Boles was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alfred Boles; brothers, Raymond, Condon, Carl and Wilbur Peak; sister, Helen Peak; and grandchild, Wesley Frady.

Sons:                     Gary Boles of Spring City, TN

                            Donald Boles of Spring City, TN

                            Michael Boles & Sherry Robbins of Spring City, TN

                            Steve Boles & wife, Gail of Spring City, TN

 

Daughters:              Lisa Boles of Spring City, TN

                            Teresa Frady & husband, Ernest, Jr. of Spring City, TN

 

Brother:                  James Peak of Kingsport, TN

 

Several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews

 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Evans Mortuary, Rockwood, TN.  The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. following the visitation with Bro. Thomas Waldo officiating.  Graveside and interment will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Spring City.
